Terms of Service

NetGive provides software that lets churches and ministries receive donations directly from their members' bank accounts, along with tools for recurring giving, donation history, and administration. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Stripe.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use NetGive.

• Donations made through NetGive are intended as voluntary gifts to the receiving church or ministry.
• NetGive's standard fee is 1.5% (capped at $15) plus bank processing of 0.8% (capped at $5), so the total fee on any single gift never exceeds $20. High-volume churches may choose an alternative subscription plan.
• Fees are disclosed before a gift is completed. Applicable fees may be deducted from the gift or added at checkout as shown.
• Because gifts are processed in real time, donations are generally non-refundable. Refund requests should be directed to the receiving church, which may coordinate with us where appropriate.

• Churches must connect a valid bank account through Stripe to receive payouts.
• Churches are responsible for providing accurate organization and banking information and for complying with applicable laws, including tax and charitable-solicitation rules.
• The White Label plan includes a one-time setup fee for custom branding as described at sign-up.

You agree not to use NetGive to:

• Violate any law or regulation, or facilitate fraud or money laundering.
• Process payments that are not bona fide charitable or ministry gifts.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.

NetGive relies on third-party services, including Stripe, to process payments. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NetGive and Kreative Intelligence Agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, data, or profits arising from your use of the platform.

You may stop using NetGive at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or where necessary to protect the platform, its users, or comply with the law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
