NetGive (“NetGive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a giving platform operated by Kreative Intelligence Agency that helps churches and ministries receive donations directly from their members' bank accounts. 1. Information We Collect
We collect information needed to process gifts and operate the platform, including:
- Account information — your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Donation information — gift amounts, frequency, designations, and the church you are giving to.
- Payment information — bank account details are collected and processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. NetGive does not store your full bank account or card numbers on our servers.
- Church/organization information — for churches, we collect organization details, branding, and bank connection information needed to receive payouts.
- Technical information — device, browser, and usage data collected automatically to keep the service secure and reliable.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process donations and send funds to the receiving church.
- To create and manage your account and recurring gifts.
- To provide giving history, receipts, and tax-related summaries.
- To communicate with you about your gifts, account, and support requests.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, and technical issues.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the service:
- With the church you give to, so they can acknowledge and steward your gift.
- With Stripe, our payment processor, to securely process bank transactions and payouts.
- With service providers that help us host and operate the platform, under confidentiality obligations.
- When required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.
4. Payment Security
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Sensitive bank and payment details are transmitted using bank-grade encryption and are handled directly by Stripe. NetGive never stores your full bank credentials.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account information by contacting us.
6. Your Choices and Rights
- You can review and update your account information at any time from your dashboard.
- You can manage or cancel recurring gifts from your giving dashboard.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us.
7. Children's Privacy
NetGive is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.
